Cheese Making Courses
Course duration - 2 days
The course runs over 2 days. Courses commence at approximately 9.30am until 3.30pm on both days.
There are 4 to 6 participants per course.
Throughout the two days, participants will learn how to make, Feta, Brie, Quark, Cream cheese, Ricotta, Mozzarella and a few tips on hard cheeses. Course notes are provided.
Course Dates
After the honey is extracted from our hives, the bees wax is recycled and used to coat hard cheeses
