Learn how to make feta, brie, camembert, cream cheese, quark, ricotta and mozzarella, from fresh organic milk.
We offer exciting hands on cheese making courses, as well as tips on how to be self sufficient and manage your own livestock. Our self sufficient lifestyle includes:- Growing our own fruit and vegetables, rearing our own livestock for meat and milk production, rearing our own poultry for meat and egg production, cheese making, bread making, bee keeping, making preserves and cooking great food.
